Embakasi East MP Babu Owino has left Kenyans scratching their heads after giving a rather unexpected answer when asked about his dream car.
The politician was taking part in a rapid-fire Q&A when the question landed: What is your dream car?
Babu did not need a second to think about it.
“The one that I drive,” he replied.
When pressed to reveal exactly which car he was talking about, the MP made things even more interesting, saying he owns several cars and considers all of them his dream cars.
“I chose them, loving them,” Babu said.

And just like that, what looked like a simple car question became one of the most entertaining moments from the interview.
For Mushene, it was the kind of answer that practically begged for a second listen.
Babu opens up about life
The dream-car moment was only one part of Babu’s candid rapid-fire session.
The MP revealed that his wife is his best friend, the person he calls most and the person he texts most.
He also shared details about his academic journey, saying he scored 390 marks in KCPE and a B+ in KCSE with 72 points. He added that he has five university degrees and revealed that Mathematics was his favourite subject at school.
His childhood nickname was also “Wise Man”, the same nickname he uses today.
Babu said he wakes up at 5:30 a.m., goes to bed around midnight and starts and ends his day with prayer.
Then came the M-Pesa question.

His balance? Around KSh50.
That revelation brought some laughter, but his dream-car response stole the show.
Kenyans react to the answer
Social media users had plenty to say about Babu’s confident response.
Some joked that he was simply refusing to choose favourites among his cars, while others wanted him to stop dodging the question and name one.
One commenter joked that Babu was being loyal to all his cars.
Another quipped: “Just answer the question, bro.”
For now, Babu appears to have settled the matter his own way: when you have several dream cars, apparently choosing just one is unnecessary.
