Mwijaku bashed by Kenyans after attacking Pritty Vishy while defending Harmonize
Tanzanian media personality Mwijaku has discovered just how quickly Kenyans can rally behind one of their own after his remarks about Kenyan socialite Pritty Vishy sparked a heated reaction online.
Mwijaku recently weighed in on the drama between Pritty and Tanzanian singer Harmonize, appearing to defend the Bongo Flava star while taking aim at Pritty. And Kenyans were not having it.
His Instagram post has attracted a wave of comments from Kenyans who accused him of going too far with his remarks about Pritty. One commenter summed up the mood bluntly, writing: “Huyu ndiye ametutusia mtoto wetu, you wanted Kenyans’ attention sasa ipokee, ni huku guys.”
Others joined the conversation, with some comments becoming extremely vulgar as Kenyans expressed their anger at Mwijaku. The backlash comes after Pritty shared screenshots of an alleged Instagram conversation in which an account appearing to belong to Harmonize allegedly expressed interest in dating her.
In the alleged conversation, Pritty appeared to reject the advances, saying she already had a fiancé.Harmonize has since denied the authenticity of the screenshots, claiming they were generated using artificial intelligence and accusing Pritty of trying to get his attention. He also said he did not want drama, as he promotes his Good Mood 31 album.

Mwijaku, however, decided to enter the conversation, and his comments have now created a fresh Kenya-Tanzania entertainment battle.Instead of ending the controversy, his intervention appears to have shifted some of the attention away from Harmonize and onto himself.
For many Kenyan fans commenting under his post, the issue is no longer just about whether Harmonize really sent the alleged messages. They are now defending Pritty and questioning why Mwijaku chose to attack her.And judging by the reaction, Mwijaku certainly got the attention he was looking for.The only problem? It came with a very Kenyan welcome.
